The resource of the prototype in a numerical command machine (regardless of the geometry) provides flexibility of forms and raw material in their greatest diversity, as RenShape resin, ABS, PU, MDF, EPS, nylon, acrylic, steel, aluminum, etc.
For serial prototype production, Fastparts offers several types of process with advanced technology as FEP (Prototype Stamp Tool), MIP (Prototype Injection Mold), MS (Silicone Mold) and MT (Thermoforming Mold).
CNC Machined Prototype
The CNC machined prototypes require control and precision in their process, which is why Fastparts has a competent team of programmers for preparing complex parts. Fastparts makes available an automated system with Renishaw process which provides flexibility and maximization of the machining results.
Prototypes in Plates
The development of prototypes in plate has several advantages, as low cost, flexibility of alteration of the tool, speed in the delivery of the material and a volume of up to 500 parts.
The preparation of the Mock ups is one of the main challenges in conceiving a project, and Fastparts uses both technological and human resources to produce all the details with extreme delicacy, ensuring complete fulfillment of the project requirements.

LFV – Fiberglass Lamination
Fiberglass lamination uses CNC resources and specialized labor to prepare models in the most varied shapes and materials.
The physical parts which need to be converted for 3D modeling in CAD can be digitized through the reverse engineering technology which Fastparts makes available.
Prototype Control Device
They are devices created to validate the prototype series.
In the product projects where the parts must be laminated in fiberglass, they go to the area of finishing, cutting, adjustment and assembly.
